Construction Management
Construction completion is provided by our affiliated company, Concord Eastridge. They have been in the multi-family community construction business for over 20 years and have offices in Virginia, Florida, and Arizona.
Their experienced staff coordinate and manage any construction needs from pre-construction through finishing a project to make it saleable. After an initial assessment an estimate for the required construction and project management will be provided. Once approved, they will select and manage everyone related to the project completion from the architect and general contractor to any other specialized needs such as engineers or consultants. They also oversee the processing of permits and coordinate construction budget and funding. Through Concord Eastridge, we essentially take the hassle out of finishing the project so in very short order it can be on the market and ready to sell.
