Due diligence services, review and evaluation of drawings and studies related to the feasibility of the project, managed by William Herman, Principal, on behalf of the owner, Thayer Lodging Group, as Owner's Representative; situated on 450 acres of land, the project includes a 25-story, 1,000-room JW Marriott hotel, a 12-story, 585-room Ritz-Carlton hotel, an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, a 40,000 squarefoot luxury health spa facility, and a 2,000 sf children's club and outdoor playground. The Grande Lakes Resort, located conveniently near such world-class attractions as Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, is Orlando’s single largest and most luxurious hotel development.
