Lender's Representative for the purpose of preparing both an initial due diligence report and the ongoing monitoring of all aspects of the project, performed by Jeffery Arnold, Principal, and Wade Eller, Development Manager, at Concord Partners, on behalf of the owner, Equitable Life; the project is comprised of 1,500 independent living, 130 assisted living, and 240 skilled nursing care units, configured in a campus-style format with fivestory residential buildings forming neighborhood clusters, each with its own community building.
