Management of all aspects of the design, development and construction for both phases of the project, as well as the formulation and implementation of the private placement bond financing, performed by Jeffery Arnold, Principal, and Wade Eller, Development Manager, at Concord Partners, on behalf of the United States Army; Phase I of the project involved the renovation of the existing 130-room hotel, all public areas, and all back-of-house areas; Phase II involved the construction of a 125-room expansion plus new conference facilities, meeting rooms, pool and spa.
