Marriott Wardman Park Hotel

Owner's Representation and Project Management services for the final phase of the $100 million complete renovation of the Hotel, which included the renovation of 1,000 guest rooms, all public gathering areas, the ballrooms, conference facilities and three specialty restaurants, directed by William Herman, Principal, and Adrian Vaughn, Construction Manager, at Concord Partners, on behalf of the owner, Thayer Lodging Group. Concord completed the $33 million final phase on time and on budget in a record breaking 12 weeks. This phase included the renovation of all major program elements, including 1,000 guest rooms, all public gathering areas, the ballrooms, conference facilities and three specialty restaurants. A new entrance and porte cochere were also added to the hotel. The hotel remained open and operating throughout the entire renovation, with little interruption to guest services.
